- Description: Meet in the Middle Raffle Engine 2011 Built by Matthew Kenny bugparts.com 1776cc DP long block counterweighted crank harmonically balanced with a full weight flywheel Gene Berg style “achiever” pulley. Stock balanced rod set. Balancing service performed by Hap's machine in Paso Robles. The case is a factory case, align bored.040 over. It was media blasted by Jim Kelley of So Kleen in Templeton. Engle 100 cam and lifter set, 26mm HD oil pump. Case is bored and decked for 90.5mm pistons. Billet aluminum sump plate. Top end Cima 90.5mm balanced pistons Grant ring set. Chromoly pushrods, solid rocker shafts, 911 style valve adjusters. Cylinder heads are Genuine VW 041 castings with stainless valves with dual springs. Compression is set at 7.5/1.
